Michael Rodebaugh leads the firm’s design for the senior living market. He has a broad range of experience in design and project management with senior-related communities, from 40,000 SF to more than 700,000 SF. Michael brings residential and hospitality/resort experience to senior living design, with a passion for creating Dignity Driven Design environments that residents and visitors will find pleasant, relaxing and homelike.

Michael’s goal is to create inviting spaces that encourage multigenerational interactions between residents, visitors and staff. His awareness of the need to attract and retain staff informs strategies for employee well-being, efficiencies and use of technology. Michael understands the nuances of design that can create a comfort level, orientation cue and sense of dignity. He extends this passion and knowledge to the full continuum of care environments as he works with clients in independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities and their specialized requirements.
