As director of electrical engineering for LEO A DALY, Doug leads the electrical practice to advance our engineering services and support client needs through innovation and integration of engineering.

Doug leads engineering teams on an array of projects, including large replacement hospitals, as well as clinic renovations and additions.

He has specialized in healthcare engineering for the past 15 years, but has experience in a variety of markets, including renewable energy and hospitality projects. Doug is responsible for quality control of project delivery, design and preparation of construction documents; coordinating with other professionals to maintain an efficient design process; and researching and designing lighting, power and special systems.
