Nancy leads day-to-day operations across our Omaha studio. Her leadership has contributed to successful projects for many of our clients during the past 14 years. She joined us in 2005 as a structural engineer and advanced to project manager. Ultimately, Nancy led a team of 31 architects, engineers, interior designers and planners before becoming our director of operations.

Nancy’s focus on precision, combined with her approachability, make her a welcome member of regional industry organizations as well. She stays active with the Structural Engineers Association of Nebraska and is a past board member. Nancy sits on multiple advisory committees for the Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction at her alma mater, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Her contributions earned Nancy the school’s Alumni Achievement Award in 2018. She is also a Midlands Business Journal 40 Under 40 recipient.
