Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations Club
The Hilton Grand Vacations Club in Las Vegas needed a new guestroom offering that would provide a higher end guest experience. LEO A DALY’s design created two luxury guestroom floors on the top two floors of the building, with a club lounge exclusive to the guests on these floors. Designers also updated the Hilton Club VIP check-in and grab-n-go spaces on the first floor of the hotel.
The design reflects a “high roller” aesthetic. The units strike a fine balance between the moody color and textural scheme and the family-friendly draw of the Hilton Grand Vacation Club clientele. The owner’s goal was to provide something different than what is traditionally available on the strip. Rather than a gaudy, in-your-face Vegas look, especially since this property does not have a casino, the design exudes an elevated guest experience.
Jewel tones, such as deep emerald, and rich wood veneers with geometric patterns that mimic jewels are featured throughout the design to create a cohesive color palette. The concept derived inspiration from fashion, jewelry and menswear.
