China-Singapore Ecological Sci-Tech City Office Towers

Located in the northern part of Suzhou Industrial Zone, China-Singapore Ecological Sci-Tech City is a new demonstration city integrating the functions of ecology, environmental protection, sci-tech development, manufacturing, residence and business. Located in the core area of the city, the project includes two commercial office towers located at the side of a uniquely landscaped lake. At 100 meters tall, Tower 1 is a landmark structure and the city’s tallest building. It was designed as a Chinese three-Energy-Star building as well as a 5A intelligent Grade-A office building. Tower 2 is a Chinese two-Energy-Star green building and 5A intelligent Grade-A office with a height of 80 meters.

At a total of 100,000-SM above-grade floor area, the two towers offer open floor commercial spaces on the typical floors, independent business suites in the podium and multi-floor grand lobbies on the ground floor, which could be used as reception, exhibition, gathering and product publication space.

Users enjoy a green environment with a landscaped courtyard, green roofs, a green sky atrium and lakeside gardens. The design of the two towers are complementary to other recently completed buildings in the city, while their curved facades provide a distinctive architectural identity that poses as an inviting gesture to pedestrians walking to the landscaped lake.
